A former real estate and corporate attorney, Justin brings 14 years of experience structuring and managing multimillion-dollar assets with a deep understanding of risk, compliance, and deal structure.
He’s advised hundreds of businesses, scaled two startups to 8-figures in assets and 9-figures in lifetime revenue, and oversees over $50M in multifamily assets. Justin’s legal background and financial acumen ensure every investment is engineered for protection first, performance second. Brandon Virgallito

An engineer by training and builder by trade, Brandon spent a decade in aerospace and process improvement before moving into real estate full-time.
