Ohio State University - 2009, Finance and Pre-law, J.D. 2012 Business and Real Estate Law. Licensed real estate and corporate attorney with 14 years of leadership and deal-making experience.
A former real estate and corporate attorney, Justin brings 14 years of experience structuring and managing multimillion-dollar assets with a deep understanding of risk, compliance, and deal structure.
He’s advised hundreds of businesses, scaled two startups to 8-figures in assets and 9-figures in lifetime revenue, and oversees over $50M in multifamily assets. Justin’s legal background and financial acumen ensure every investment is engineered for protection first, performance second. This is the foundation of Real Estate Alpha’s flawless history of zero missed payments.

An engineer by training and builder by trade, Brandon spent a decade in aerospace and process improvement before moving into real estate full-time. He’s since owned and operated construction and roofing companies, leading teams that delivered everything from custom builds to large-scale multifamily renovations.
His systems-driven approach powers Real Estate Alpha’s in-house construction and property management operations. Executing projects faster, leaner, and with greater control over cost and quality. For investors, that means one thing: your capital is managed by someone who knows every nail, number, and detail that drives ROI.
